Another top interview for you today from my Expect Success Fitness insight series on work life balance. Kevin Nugent of Mr. Waffle Galway speaks about his own busy life, juggling his work and business life with his personal life. He also speaks about his Galway personal training experience so far with Expect Success Fitness as well as giving away some great tips on how we can find the time to live and enjoy life while also working hard to achieve our business goals. Mr. Waffle most certainly has the work ethic needed both in his business and his training and his “never give up” attitude is truly infectious.
What Kevin and all the staff at Mr. Waffle have done for the newly named “Scholars Walk” has been fantastic and all their hard work is paying off as Mr. Waffle is rising to new heights every single day. Now registered as a Franchise in Ireland – Mr. Waffle can only get bigger and better. You’re sure to see me in there quite often as their coffee is amazing (have you tried the Americano with a smidgen of honey? – delicious).

The food is top-notch too – I love going there on my treat days and they have some excellent healthy choices also. You should try the mango and chicken avocado salad. Mr. Waffle is more than just a Cafe/restaurant though – what Kevin and the waffle team are doing is building a community in Galway and they are involved with some great charities as well – namely Coffee Kids and Cystic Fibrosis.
